This Public Announcement ("PA" or "Public Announcement") is being issued by Fast Track Finsec Private Limited, a Company registered under Companies Act, 1956 ("Fasttrack"), ("Manager to the Offer") for and on behalf of Acquirers to the Public Shareholders of the Target Company pursuant to and in Compliance with, amongst others, Regulations 3 and 4 of Securities and Exchange Board of India (Substantial Acquisition of Shares and Takeovers) Regulations, 2011 and subsequent amendments thereto {("SEBI (SAST) Regulations, 2011"/"Regulations")} 1) OFFER DETAILS:

• 1.1 Offer Size: The Acquirers hereby make this Open Offer ("Offer") to all the public shareholders of the Target Company to acquire upto 7,86,000 (Seven Lakh Eighty Six Thousand) fully paid up Equity Shares of face value of INR 10/- (Rupees Ten Only) each of the Target Company, as on the date of this Public Announcement, to open offer shares, subject to the terms and conditions mentioned in this Public Announcement ("PA"), Detailed Public Statement ("DPS") and Letter of Offer ("LOF") that are proposed to be issued in accordance with the Regulations.
• 1.2 Offer Price/ Consideration: The Offer Price of INR 10/- (Rupees Ten Only) per Equity Share ("Offer Price") which is consider in accordance with Regulation 8 of the Regulations. Assuming full subscription in the Open Offer, the total consideration payable by the Acquirers will be INR 78,60,000 (Rupees Seventy-Eight Lakh Sixty Thousand Only) ("Maximum Consideration").
• 1.3 Mode of Payment: The Offer Price is payable is "Cash" in accordance with Regulation 9(1)(a) of the Regulations. 1.4 Type of Offer: This is a Triggered Offer under Regulations 3(1) and 4 of the Regulations. This Open Offer is not conditional offer subject to any minimum level of acceptance in terms of Regulation 19 of the Regulation. This is not a competing offer in terms of Regulation 20 of the Regulations.

Acquirers have entered into a Share Purchase Agreement dated September 06, 2021 ("SPA") with the current promoters of the Target Company ("Sellers") to acquire 11,70,175 (Eleven Lakh Seventy Thousand One Hundred Seventy Five) Equity Shares at a price of INR 10/- (Rupees Ten Only) in compliance with the provisions of the SEBI (SAST) Regulations.

6) OTHER TERMS OF THE OFFER

• 6.1 The Detailed Public Statement pursuant to this Public Announcement and which carries all such other information of the offer including the detailed information on the offer price, detailed information on the Acquirers, detailed information on the Target Company, detailed reasons for the offer, statutory approvals for the offer, details of financial arrangement, other terms of the offer, conditions to the offer etc. shall be published in all editions of any one English national daily newspaper with wide circulation, any one Hindi national daily newspaper with wide circulation, any one local language newspaper where the registered office of the Target Company is situated and any one local language newspaper of the Stock Exchanges where the shares are listed and where the volume of trading is recoded as maximum during sixty trading days preceding the date of the Public Announcement. The Detailed Public Statement shall be published on or before Monday i.e. September 13th, 2021
• 6.2. The Acquirers undertake that they are aware of and shall comply with all obligations under the SEBI (SAST) Regulations, 2011.

NOTICE is hereby given that the TWENTY FOURTH Annual General Meeting (AGM) of the Members of Prestige Estates Projects Limited will be held on Monday, September 27, 2021 at 12: 00 Noon through Video Conferencing (VC) Facility /Other Audio Visual Means (OAVM), to transact the businesses as set out in the notice of the AGM.

The Notice of the Meeting setting out the Ordinary business & Special business and the Annual Report for the financial year ended 2020-21 have been mailed to all the members of the Company at their registered e-mail addresses on September 5, 2021.

Pursuant to the provisions of Section 108 of The Companies Act, 2013 read with Rule 20 of The Companies (Management and Administration) Rules, 2014, as amended, and Regulation 44 of Securities Exchange Board of India (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, the Company is providing its members, facility to exercise their right to vote on resolutions proposed to be passed in the Annual General Meeting ("the meeting") of the Company. The members may cast their votes using an electronic voting system from a place other than the venue of the meeting ('remote e-voting'). The Company has engaged the services of Central Depository Services Limited (CDSL) as the agency to provide e-voting facility.

The communication relating to remote e-voting inter alia., containing User ID and Password along with a copy of the Notice convening the meeting has been mailed to the members. A copy of the AGM notice along with the e-voting instructions can also be accessed and downloaded from our website www.prestigeconstructions.com and also on the website of CDSL https://www.evotingindia.com .

The e-voting period commences on Friday, September 24, 2021 at 9.00 A.M. and ends on Sunday, September 26, 2021 at 5.00 P.M. During this period, shareholders' of the Company, holding shares either in physical form or in dematerialized form, as on the cut-off date (record date) of September 20, 2021 may cast their vote electronically. The e-voting module shall be disabled by CDSL for voting thereafter.

The Board of Directors has appointed Mr. Nagendra D. Rao, Practicing Company Secretary, as the Scrutinizer for conducting the e-voting process in accordance with law and in a fair and transparent manner. The Results along with the Scrutinizer's report shall be placed on the website of the Company and on the website of CDSL within 48 hours of passing of the Resolutions at the Annual General Meeting of the Company.

INFORMATION WITH REGARDS TO 34TH ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING OF BIRLA PRECISION TECHNOLOGIES LIMITED

Notice is hereby given that the 34th Annual General Meeting ("AGM") of the members of Birla Precision Technologies Limited will be held on Thursday, 30th September, 2021 at 2.00 P.M. through Video Conferencing ("VC") Other Audio Visual Means ("OAVM") facility as per the provisions of the Companies Act, 2013 and Rules framed thereunder, SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 read with the Circulars issued by Ministry of Corporate Affairs (MCA) dated 05th May, 2020, 08th April, 2020, 13th April, 2020 and 13th January, 2020 (collectively referred to as Circulars), to transact the business as set out in the notice convening AGM, without the physical presence of the members at a common venue.

Pursuant to MCA Circular(s) and SEBI Circular(s), the Annual Report for the financial year 2020-21 including Notice convening the AGM has been sent only through email to members on their email id registered with the Company/RTA/ Depositories on 06th September, 2021 and are displayed and available on the website of the Company at www.birlaprecision.com, websites of the Stock Exchanges, i.e., BSE Limited at www.bseindia.com the website of National Securities Depository Limited (NSDL) i.e. www.evoting.nsdl.com agency for providing the Remote e-Voting facility and e-Voting system during the AGM.

Further, in compliance with provisions of Section 108 of the Companies Act, 2013 red with Rule 20 of the Companies (Management and Administration) Rules, 2014, as amended and Regulation 44 of the (SEBI) Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations 2015 the Members are provided with the facility to cast their votes on all resolutions as set forth in the Notice Convening the AGM using electronic voting system (e-voting) provided by NSDL. The Voting rights of Members shall be in proportion to the equity shares held by them in the paid up equity share capital of the Company as on 23rd September, 2021.

The remote e-voting period shall commence at 9.00 A.M on Monday, 27th September, 2021 and ends at 5.00 P.M. on Wednesday, 2021. During this period, the members may cast their vote electronically. The remote e-voting shall not be allowed beyond 5.00 P.M. on Wednesday, September 29, 2021.Those members who shall be present in the AGM through VC/OAVM will be couriered for the purpose of reckoning the quorum under section 103 of the Companies act, 2013.

The members who have cast their votes by remote e-voting prior to the AGM may also attend/participate in the AGM through VC/OAVM but shall not be entitled to cast their votes again.

Any person who becomes a member of the Company after dispatch of the Notice of the AGM and holding shares as on the cut off date may cast their votes by following the instructions and process of e-voting as provided in the Notice of the AGM.

The Notice of AGM together with the Annual Report for FY 2020-21, will be sent only by electronic mode to those shareholders, whose email IDs are registered with the Company/Depository Participant(s) in accordance with the above mentioned MCA Circulars and the SEBI Circular. 7.11 ಲಕ್ಷ ಮಂದಿಗೆ ಆರೋಗ್ಯ ಪರೀಕ್ಷೆ

ಬೆಂಗಳೂರು: ಪಾಲಿಕೆ ವೈದ್ಯರು ನಿಮ್ಮ ಮನೆ ಬಾಗಿಲಿಗೆ ಎಂಬ ಯೋಜನೆಯಡಿ ನಗರದಲಿ ಮನೆ-ಮನೆ ತೆರಳಿ ಆರೋಗ್ಯ ಸಮೀಕ್ಷೆ ನಡೆಸಲಾಗುತ್ತಿದ್ದು, ಕಳೆದ 21 ದಿನಗಳಲ್ಲಿ 2,48,280 ಮನೆಗೆ ಭೇಟಿ ನೀಡಿ 7,11,648 ಮಂದಿಗೆ ಆರೋಗ್ಯ ಪರೀಕ್ಷೆ ಮಾಡಲಾಗಿದೆ. ಈ ಕುರಿತು ಕಂದಾಯ ಸಚಿವ ಆರ್. ಅಶೋಕ್ ಮಾಹಿತಿ ನೀಡಿದ್ದು ಸಮೀಕ್ಷೆ ನಡೆಸಿದ ಸಂದರ್ಭದಲ್ಲಿ 22,362 ಮಂದಿಗೆ ಕೊರೊನಾ ದೃಢಪಟ್ಟಿದ್ದವರು, 4,39,777 ಮಂದಿ ಮೊದಲನೇ ಡೋಸ್ ಪಡೆದವರು, 1,67,081 ಮಂದಿ ಎರಡನೇ ಡೋಸ್ ಲಸಿಕೆ ಪಡೆದವರಿದಾರೆ.

ಸಮೀಕ್ಷೆ ಮಾಡಿದ ಸಂದರ್ಭದಲ್ಲಿ 57,528 ಮಂದಿಗೆ ಕೋಮಾರ್ಬಿಡಿಟ್ ಕಾಯಿಲೆಗಳಿರುವವರಿದ್ದು, ಶೇ. 50.8ರಷ್ ಮಂದಿಗೆ ಡಯಾಬಿಟಿಸ್, ಶೇ.35.82ರಷ್ಟು ಮಂದಿಗೆ ರಕ್ತದೊತ್ತಡ, 2.48ರಷ್ಟು ಮಂದಿಗೆ ಹೃದಯ ಸಂಬಂಧಿ ಕಾಯಿಲೆ. 2.99ರಷ್ಟು ಮಂದಿಗೆ ಥೈರಾಯ್ಡ್ ಕಾಯಿಲೆಯಿರುವುದು ನಿಗದಿಯಾಗಿದೆ ಎಂದರು.

ಬೆಂಗಳೂರು: ಶೈಕ್ಷಣಿಕ ವರ್ಷದಿಂದ ಆರ್ವಿ ವಿವಿ ಸೂಲ್ ಆಫ್ ಎಕನಾಮಿಕ್ ಹಾಗೂ ಫೈನಾನ್ಸ್ ಆರಂಭಿಸಿದೆ. ಶೈಕ್ಷಣಿಕ ಕ್ಷೇತ್ರದಲ್ಲಿ 20 ವರ್ಷಗಳಿಗೂ ಹೆಚ್ಚು ಅನುಭವ ಹೊಂದಿರುವ ಪ್ರೊಫೆಸರ್ ದಾ ರಿಕಾ ಯೂನಿಯಲ್ ಅವರನ್ನು ಆ ಶಾಲೆಯ ಡೀನ್ ಆಗಿ ನೇಮಿಸಲಾಗಿದೆ. ಪ್ರಸ್ತುತ ವರ್ಷದಲ್ಲಿ ಇದು ಪೂರ್ಣ ಸಮಯದ ಮತ್ತು ಅರೆಕಾಲಿಕ ಪಿಎಚ್.ಡಿ ಕಾರ್ಯಕ,ಮಗಳ ಜೊತೆಗೆ ಪದವಿ ತರಗತಿಗಳಾದ ಬಿ.ಎ, ಹಾಗೂ ಬಿಬಿಎಗಳನ್ನೂ ಸಹ ನಡೆಸುತ್ತಿದೆ. ವಿದ್ಯಾರ್ಥಿಗಳು ಸದ್ಯದ ಪರಿಸ್ಥಿತಿಗೆ ಅನುಗುಣವಾಗಿ ಮೌಲ್ಯ ಹೂಡಿಕೆ, ಬ್ಯಾಂಕಿಂಗ್ ಮತ್ತು ವಿಮೆ ವಿಭಾಗಗಳಲ್ಲಿ ವೃತ್ತಿಪರತೆಯೊಂದಿಗೆ ಉದ್ಯಮಶೀಲತೆ ಮತ್ತು ಹಣಕಾಸು ವಿಷಯದಲಿ ಪರಿಣತಿ ಪಡೆಯುತ್ತಾರೆ. ನಂತರ ಅವರಿಗೆ ಕೆಲಸ ಸಿಗುವುದು ಕಷ್ಣವಾಗುವುದಿಲ್ಲ ಎಂದು ವಿವಿ ಹೇಳಿದೆ.

ನೀರಿನ ಸಂಪರ್ಕ ಕಡಿತ

ಬೆಂಗಳೂರು: ಬೆಂಗಳೂರು ನೀರು ಸರಬರಾಜು ಮತು ಒಳಚರಂಡಿ ಮಂಡಳಿಯು ಮಾಪಕದ ಮೂಲಕ ನೀರು ಹರಿಯುವಿಕೆಯನ್ನು ತಪಿಸಿ ಬೈಪಾಸ್ ಮುಖಾಂತರ ಪಡೆದಿರುವ ನೀರಿನ ಸಂಪರ್ಕವನ್ನು ಕಡಿತಗೊಳಿಸಿದೆ.

ಮೂರ್ವ ವಲಯದಲಿ 1436 ಹಾಗೂ ಪಶಿ ಮ ವಲಯದಲಿ 2338. ಒಟ್ಟು 3774 ಸಂಪರ್ಕಗಳನ್ನು ಬೈಪಾಸ್ ಮುಖಾಂತರ ಪಡೆದಿರುವುದನ್ನು ಮುಖ್ಯ ಅಭಿಯಂತರರು ಪತ್ತೆ ಮಾಡಿದ್ದು ಈ ಹಿನ್ನೆಲೆಯಲ್ಲಿ ನೀರಿನ ಸಂಪರ್ಕ ಕಡಿತಗೊಳಿಸಿ ದಂಡ ವಿಧಿಸುವುದರೊಂದಿಗೆ ಬ್ಯಾಕ್ ಬಿಲ್ಲಿಂಗ್ ಸಹ ಮಾಡಲಾಗಿದೆ ಎಂದು ಮಂಡಳಿ ಪ್ರಕಟಣೆಯಲಿ ತಿಳಿಸಿದೆ.

ಬೆಂಗಳೂರು ನಗರದಲ್ಲಿ ರಸ್ತೆ ಗುಂಡಿಗಳನ್ನು ಮುಚ್ಚಲು ಬಿಬಿಎಂಪಿ ಅಧಿಕಾರಿಗಳಿಗೆ 20 ದಿನಗಳ ಗಡುವು ನೀಡಲಾಗಿದೆ. ಮಳೆಯಿಂದಾಗುವ ಅನಾಹುತಗಳನ್ನು ತಪಿಸಲು ಮುಂಜಾಗ್ರತಾ ಕ್ರಮಗಳನ್ನು ಕೈಗೊಳ್ಳುವ ಸಂಬಂಧ ನಡೆಸಿದ ಸಭೆಯ ಈ ಕುರಿತು ಕಂದಾಯ ಸಚಿವ ಆರ್. ಅಶೋಕ್ ಸುದ್ದಿಗಾರರಿಗೆ ತಿಳಿಸಿದ್ದು, ಬಿಬಿಎಂಪಿ ವ್ಯಾಪ್ತಿಯಲ್ಲಿ ಕಳೆದ ಮೂರ್ತ್ನಾಲ್ತು ತಿಂಗಳಿಂದ ಮಳೆ ಬೀಳುತ್ತಿರುವುದರಿಂದ ಹಲವಾರು ರಸ್ತೆಗಳು ಹಾಳಾಗಿ ಗುಂಡಿಗಳು ಬಿದ್ದಿವೆ. ರಸ್ತೆಗಳಲ್ಲಿ ಬಿದ್ದಿರುವ ಗುಂಡಿಗಳನ್ನು ತ್ನರಿತಗತಿಯಲ್ಲಿ ಮುಚ್ಚಲು ಕೂಡಲೆ ಕ,ಮಕೈಗೊಳ್ಳಲು ಅಧಿಕಾರಿಗಳಿಗೆ ಸೂಚನೆ ನೀಡಲಾಗಿದೆ. ಪ್ರಮುಖ ರಸ್ತೆಗಳಲ್ಲಿ ಬಿದ್ದಿರುವ ಗುಂಡಿಗಳನ್ನು ಸೆ.20ರೊಳಗೆ ಮುಚ್ಚಲು ಹಾಗೂ ವಾರ್ಡ್ ರಸ್ತೆಗಳಲ್ಲಿ ಬಿದ್ದಿರುವ ಗುಂಡಿಗಳನ್ನು ಸೆ.30ರೊಳಗಾಗಿ ಮುಚ್ಚಲು ಸೂಚಿಸಲಾಗಿದೆ ಎಂದರು.

ನಗರದ ಪ್ರಮುಖ ರಸ್ತೆಗಳಾದ 1,332ಕಿ.ಮೀ ವ್ಯಾಪ್ತಿಯಲಿ ಬಿದ್ದಿರುವ ರಸ್ತೆ ಗುಂಡಿಗಳು ಹಾಗೂ ವಾರ್ಡ್ ಮಟ್ಟದಲ್ಲಿ ಬರುವ 85,791ಕಿ.ಮೀ ರಸ್ತೆಯಲ್ಲಿ ಬಿದ್ದಿರುವ ಗುಂಡಿಗಳನ್ನು ತ್ತ್ವರಿತಗತಿಯಲ್ಲಿ ಮುಚ್ಚಲು ತಿಳಿಸಲಾಗಿದೆ. ಮಳೆ ಜಾಸ್ತಿಯಾದರೆ ಮತ್ತೆ ರಸ್ತೆ ಗುಂಡಿಗಳು ಬೀಳಲಿವೆ ಅವುಗಳನ್ನು ನಿರಂತರವಾಗಿ ಮುಚ್ಚಲು ಕ್ರಮವಹಿಸಬೇಕು. ರಸ್ತೆ ಗುಂಡಿಗಳನ್ನು ಮುಚ್ಚುವ

ಬೆಂಗಳೂರು: ಎಜ್ಯುಟೆಕ್ ಸಂಸ್ಥೆಯ ವಿದ್ಯಾರ್ಥಿಗಳಾದ ಪ್ರಿಯಂವದ ಬಿಪಿ ಮತ್ತು ಶೇ,ಯಸ್ ಕೌಶಿಕ್ 10ನೇ ಬೋರ್ಡ್ ಪರೀಕ್ಷೆಯಲ್ಲಿ 99.8 ಮತ್ತು 99.36 ಶೇಕಡಾ ಅಂಕಗಳನ್ನು ಪಡೆಯುವ ಮೂಲಕ ಕರ್ನಾಟಕಕ್ಕೆ ಹೆಮ್ಮೆ ತಂದಿದ್ದಾರೆ.

ಮೃತರು ಕಳೆದ ಒಂದು ಅನಾರೋಗ್ಯದಿಂದ ವಾರದಿಂದ ಬಳಲುತ್ತಿದ್ದು ಹೆಬ್ಬಾಳದ ಬ್ಯಾಪ್ಸಿಸ್ಟ್ ಆಸತ್ರೆಯಲಿ ಚಿಕಿತ ಪಡೆಯುತ್ತಿದ್ದು ಚಿಕಿತೆ ಪಲಕಾರಿಯಾಗದೆ

ಸಂಜೆ ವಿಧಿವಶರಾಗಿದ್ದಾರೆ.

ಹಾಕಬೇಕು. ಆದರೆ, ಶಾಸಕರ ಭಾವಚಿತ್ರ ಹಾಕಿಕೊಂಡು ಪ್ರಚಾರ ಮಾಡಲಾಗುತ್ತಿದೆ. ಇದು

ಮಾತ,ವಲದೆ, ಲಸಿಕೆಯನ್ನು ಸಮರ್ಪಕವಾಗಿ ಸಾರ್ವಜನಿಕರಿಗೆ ಸಿಗುವಂತೆ ಮಾಡುತಿಲ.

ಮೇಯೋಹಾಲ್ ಬಳಿ ಪ್ರತಿಭಟನೆ ನಡೆಸಿದರು.

ಈ ಸಂದರ್ಭದಲ್ಲಿ ಗೌತಮ್ ಕುಮಾರ್ ಮಾತನಾಡಿ,

ಕೊರೊನಾ ಲಸಿಕೆ ದೇಶದ ಪ್ರತಿಯೊಬ್ಬರಿಗೂ ಸಿಗಬೇಕು

ಎಂದು ಕೇಂದ, ಸರ್ಕಾರ ಜಾರಿಗೆ ತಂದಿದೆ. ಆದರೆ,

ಶಾಂತಿನಗರ ವಿಧಾನಸಭಾ ಕ್ಷೇತ್ರದ ಶಾಸಕರಾದ

ಶಾಂತಿನಗರ ವಿಧಾನಸಭಾ ಕ್ಷೇತ್ರದ ವ್ಯಾಪ್ತಿಯಲ್ಲಿ ಮಾಜಿ ಮೇಯರ್ ಗೌತಮ್ ಕುಮಾರ್ ನೇತೃತ್ತದಲ್ಲಿ ಪ್ರತಿಭಟನೆ ನಡೆಸಲಾಯಿತು.

ಕಂಟೇನೆಂಟ್ ಝೋನ್ಗಳ ಸಂಖ್ಯೆ 96 ಇತು. ಇದಕ್ಕೆ ಇದೀಗ ಸೆ.1ರಂದು ಆ ಸಂಖ್ಯೆ ನೂರನ್ನು ಬಂದವರಿಂದ ಸೋಂಕು ಹೆಚ್ಚಳವಾಗಿರುವುದು ದಾಟಿದ್ದು, ಭಾನುವಾರದ ವೇಳೆಗೆ 103 ಒಂದು ಕಾರಣ ಎಂದಿದ್ದಾರೆ.

ಕೇರಳ ವಿದ್ಯಾರ್ಥಿಗಳಿಗೆ ನಿರ್ಬಂಧಕ್ತೆ ಚಿಂತನೆ

ಬೆಂಗಳೂರು: ಬೆಂಗಳೂರು ನಗರದಲ್ಲಿ ಕೊರೊನಾ ಸೋಂಕು ನಿಯಂತ್ರಣಕ್ಕೆ ಬರುತ್ತಿರುವ ನಡುವೆಯೇ ಮತ್ತೆ ಕೇರಳದಿಂದ ಬರುತ್ತಿರುವವರಿಂದ ಸೋಂಕು ಹೆಚ್ಚುತ್ತಿರುವುದರಿಂದ ಆ ಭಾಗದಿಂದ ಬೆಂಗಳೂರಿಗೆ ಬರುವ ವಿದ್ಯಾರ್ಥಿಗಳಿಗೆ ನಿರ್ಬಂಧ ಹೇರುವ ಬಗೆಗೆ ಬಿಬಿಎಂಪಿ ಗಂಭೀರ ಚಿಂತನೆ ನಡೆಸಿದೆ. ಈ ಕುರಿತು ಬಿಬಿಎಂಪಿ ಮುಖ್ಯ ಆಯುಕ್ತ ಗೌರವ್ ಗುಪ್ತ ಸುದ್ದಿಗಾರರಿಗೆ ಮಾಹಿತಿ ನೀಡಿ, ಕೊರೊನಾ ಮೂರನೇ ಅಲೆಯ ಭೀತಿಯಿಂದಾಗಿ ನೆರೆ ರಾಜ್ಯದ ಶಾಲಾ–ಕಾಲೇಜು ವಿದ್ಯಾರ್ಥಿಗಳಿಗೆ ನಿರ್ಬಂಧ ಹೇರಲು ಗಂಭೀರ ಚಿಂತನೆ ನಡೆಸಲಾಗಿದೆ. ಕೊರೊನಾ ಉಲ್ಬಣ ಕಾರಣದಿಂದಾಗಿ ನಗರದ ಎರಡು ನರ್ಸಿಂಗ್ ಕಾಲೇಜು ಸೇರಿದಂತೆ ಐದು ವಿದ್ಯಾರ್ಥಿ ವಸತಿ ಗೃಹಗಳನ್ನು ಈಗಾಗಲೇ ಕಂಟೋನೆಂಟ್ ವಲಯ ಎಂದೂ ಗುರುತಿಸಿ, ಕಟ್ಟೆಚ್ಚರ ವಹಿಸಲಾಗಿದೆ ಎಂದರು. ಸದ್ಯದ ಪರಿಸ್ಥಿತಿಯಲಿ ನೆರೆಯ ಮಹಾರಾಷ್ಟ್ರ ಕೇರಳ ರಾಜ್ಯಗಳಲಿ ಸೋಂಕಿತರು ಗಣನೀಯವಾಗಿ ಏರಿಕೆಯಾಗಿದ್ದು, ಅಲಿಂದ ಬೆಂಗಳೂರಿಗೆ ಆಗಮಿ ಸುವ ವಿದ್ಯಾರ್ಥಿಗಳನ್ನು ಕೆಲ ಕಾಲ ನಿರ್ಬಂಧ ಹೇರಲು ಚಿಂತನೆ ನಡೆಸಲಾಗಿದೆ ಎಂದು ತಿಳಿಸಿದರು.

ಸೇರಿದಂತೆ ತಮ್ಮ ಅನೇಕ ಬೇಡಿಕೆಗಳನ್ನು ಈಡೇರಿಸುವಂತೆ ಆಗ,ಹಿಸಿ ರಾಜ್ಯ ಗಾ,ಪಂ ನೌಕರರ ಸಂಘದ ಸದಸ್ಯರು ಪ್ರತಿಭಟನೆ ನಡೆಸಿದರು.

ಮೊದಲಿನಿಂದಲೂ ಗ್ರಾಪಂಗಳಲ್ಲಿ ಬಿಲ್ ಕಲೆಕ್ಷರ್, ಆಪರೇಟರ್, ಸಿಪಾಯಿ ಮತ್ತು ಸ್ವಚ್ಛತಾ ಹುದ್ದೆಯಲ್ಲಿ ಕಾರ್ಯನಿರ್ವಹಿಸುತ್ತಿದ್ದಾರೆ. ಈ ಎಲ್ಲ ಸಿಬ್ಬಂದಿಗೆ ಕಾರ್ಮಿಕ ಇಲಾಖೆಯಿಂದ ನಿಗದಿಪಡಿಸಿದ ವೇತನ ನೀಡಲಾಗುತ್ತಿದೆ. ಅದು ವರ್ಷದಲ್ಲಿ ಕೇವಲ ನಾಲ್ಕು ತಿಂಗಳಲಿ ಮಾತ, ಆಗುತ್ತಿದೆ. ಇದರಿಂದಾಗಿ ಅವರೆಲರಿಗೆ ಕಷ್ತದಲಿ ಕೈತೊಳೆಯುವ ಪರಿಸ್ಥಿತಿ ಬಂದಿದೆ. ಈ ಬಗ್ಗೆ ಅನೇಕ ಬಾರಿ ಗಮನಕ್ಕೆ ತಂದರೂ ಸರ್ಕಾರ ಯಾವುದೇ ಕ್ರಮ ತೆಗೆದುಕೊಂಡಿಲ್ಲ. ಗುಮಾಸ್ತರು, ಬೆರಳಚ್ಚುಗಾರ ವೃಂದದ ನೌಕರರಿಗೆ ಕಾರ್ಯದರ್ಶಿ ಗೇ,ಡ್−2 ಹುದ್ದೆಗೆ ಶೇ.70, ದ್ವಿತೀಯ ದರ್ಜೆ ಲೆಕ್ತಸಹಾಯಕ ಹುದ್ದೆಗೆ ಶೇ.30ರ ಕೋಟಾದಲ್ಲಿ ಆಯ್ತೆ ಮಾಡಿಕೊಳ್ಳುವ ಮೂಲಕ 1984 ರಿಂದ ಅವಕಾಶ ಕಲಿಸಲಾಗಿತು. ಕಳೆದ 18 ತಿಂಗಳಿನಿಂದ ಕೊರೊನಾದಿಂದಾಗಿ ಉಂಟಾಗಿರುವ ಆರ್ಥಿಕ ಪರಿಸ್ಥಿತಿಯನ್ನು ಸುಧಾರಿಸುವ ನಿಟ್ಟಿನಲ್ಲಿನೇರ ನೇಮಕಾತಿ ಮಾಡುವುದನ್ನು ಆರ್ಥಿಕ ಇಲಾಖೆಯ ನಿರ್ದೇಶನದಂತೆ ತಡೆಹಿಡಿಯಲಾಗಿತು. ಒಟ್ಟಾರೆಯಾಗಿ ಗ್ರಾಪಂನೌಕರರುತೀರಕಷ್ಟ ಎದುರಿಸುತ್ತಿದ್ದು ಕೂಡಲೇ ಅವರ ಬೇಡಿಕೆಗಳನ್ನು ಈಡೇರಿಸಬೇಕು ಇಲ್ಲದಿದ್ದರೆ ಮುಂದಿನ ದಿನಗಳಲ್ಲಿ ದೊಡ್ಡಮಟ್ಟದ ಹೋರಾಟ ಮಾಡುವುದು ಅನಿವಾರ್ಯವಾಗುತ್ತದೆ ಎಂದು ಪ್ರತಿಭಟನಾಕಾರರು ಎಚ್ಚರಿಸಿದ್ದಾರೆ.

ಸಾಲು ಸುದಿ' ್ಠದೆಂಬರ್ ಅಂತ್ಯಕ್ಕೆ ಎಲ್ಲರಿಗೂ ಕೊರೊನಾ ಲಸಿಕೆ, ನಿಫಾ ವೈರಸ್ ಹರಡದಂತೆ ಕಟ್ಮುನಿಟ್ಮಿನ ಕ್ರಮ–ಸಚಿವ ಡಾ.ಕೆ.ಸುಧಾಕರ್

ಸಾಂದೀಪನಿ ವಿದ್ಯಾರ್ಥಿ ವೇತನ ಬಿಡುಗಡೆ

ಜಾರಿಗೊಳಿಸುತಿರುವ ಸಾಂದೀಪನಿ ವಿದ್ಯಾರ್ಥಿ ವೇತನವನ್ನು ಮುಖ್ಯಮಂತ್ರಿ ಬಸವರಾಜ ಬೊಮ್ತಾಯಿ ಅವರು ಡಿಬಿಟಿ ಮೂಲಕ ಬಿಡುಗಡೆ ಮಾಡುವ ಪ್ರಕ್ರಿಯೆಗೆ ಚಾಲನೆ ನೀಡಿದರು.

ನಂತರ ಮುಖ್ಯಮಂತ್ರಿಗಳು ಮಾತನಾಡಿ, 9,206 ವಿದ್ಯಾರ್ಥಿಗಳಿಗೆ ಮಂಡಳಿಯು 13.77 ಕೋಟಿ ರೂ.ಗಳ ವಿದ್ಯಾರ್ಥಿ ವೇತನ ನೀಡ ಲಾಗಿದೆ. ಬ್ರಾಹ್ಮಣ ಬುದ್ಧಿವಂತಿಕೆಯೊಂದಿಗೆ ಸ್ಥಿತ ಪ್ರಜ್ಞತೆಯನ್ನು ಹೊಂದಿದ್ದಾರೆ. ಇದರಿಂದ ದೇಶ, ಸಮಾಜಕೆ ಅನುಕೂಲವಾಗಿದೆ ಎಂದು ಅಭಿಪ್ರಾಯಪಟ್ಟರು.

ಬ್ರಾಹ್ಮಣ ಅಭಿವೃದ್ಧಿ ಮಂಡಳಿಯು ಕಾರ್ಯಾರಂಭ ಮಾಡಿದ ಅಲಾವಧಿಯಲೇ ವ್ಯವಸ್ಥೆಯೊಳಗೇ ಯೋಜನೆಗಳನ್ನು ರೂಪಿಸಿ ಜಾರಿಗೆ ತಂದಿದೆ. ಆರ್ಥಿಕವಾಗಿ ಹಿಂದುಳಿದ ಬ್ರಾಹ್ಮಣರಿಗೆ ನೆರವು ನೀಡಲು ಮಂಡಳಿಗೆ ಸಂಪೂರ್ಣ ಸಹಕಾರ ನೀಡಲಾಗುವುದು ಎಂದು ತಿಳಿಸಿದರು. ಬ್ರಾಹ್ಮಣರಲ್ಲಿ ಐಟಿ/ಬಿಟಿ ವೃತ್ತಿ ಗಳನ್ನು ಆಯ್ತೆಮಾಡಿಕೊಂಡವರುಆರ್ಥಿಕವಾಗಿ ಸಬಲರಾಗಿದ್ದಾರೆ. ಆದಾಗ್ತೂ ಆರ್ಥಿಕವಾಗಿ ಹಿಂದುಳಿದವರೂ ಸಾಕಷ್ಟು ಸಂಖ್ಯೆ ಯಲ್ಲಿ ಇದ್ದಾರೆ. ಈ ಹಿನ್ನೆಲೆಯಲ್ಲಿ ನಿಕಟಪೂರ್ವ ಮುಖ್ಯಮಂತಿ, ಬಿ.ಎಸ್. ಯಡಿಯೂರಪ್ಪ

ರಾಜ್ಯದ ಬ್ರಾಹ್ಮಣ ವಿದ್ಯಾರ್ಥಿಗಳಿಗೆ ಕರ್ನಾಟಕ ಸರ್ಕಾರದ ಶಿಷ್ಯ ವೇತನ ತಂತ್ರಾಂಶದ ಮುಖಾಂತರ 'ಸಾಂದೀಪನಿ ಶಿಷ್ತ ವೇತನ' ವಿತರಣೆಗೆ ಸಿಎಂ ಬಸವರಾಜ ಬೊಮಾಯಿ ಚಾಲನೆ ನೀಡಿದರು

ಧಮೂವರನ್ನು ಹಾಗೂ ಅವರ ಬಳಸಿದ ದ್ವಿಚಕ್ರ ವಾಹನಗಳನ್ನು ಕೆ.ಆರ್.ಪುರ ಸಂಚಾರಿ ಮೊಲೀಸರು ಸೋಮವಾರ ವಶಕೆ ಪಡೆದುಕೊಂಡಿದ್ದಾರೆ. ಸಾಗರ್, ಫೈರೋಜ್, ಸಂಜಯ ಗೌಡ ಮೊದಲಾದವರನ್ನು ವಶಕೆ ಪಡೆಯಲಾಗಿದೆ. ಹಳೆ ಮದರಾಸು ರಸೆ, ಟಿಸಿಪಾಳ್ವ, ಮುಖ್ಯರಸ್ತೆಗಳಲ್ಲಿ ಪೊಲೀಸರು ಅಯ್ತಪನಗರ ಕಾರ್ಯಾಚರಣೆ ನಡೆಸಿ ಸದರಿ ವಾಹನಗಳನ್ನು ಮತ್ತು ವಾಹನ ಸವಾರರನ್ನು ವಶಕ್ಕೆ ಪಡೆಯಲಾಗಿದೆ. ಸದರಿ ವಾಹನಗಳ ಸೈಲೆನ್ಸರ್ಗಳನ್ನು ಭಾರಿ ಶಬ್ದ ಬರುವ ರೀತಿಯಲ್ಲಿ ವಿಶೇಷವಾಗಿ ವಿನ್ಯಾಸ ಮಾಡಿಕೊಂಡಿದ್ದು ಈ ಬಗ್ಗೆ ಪ್ರಕರಣ ದಾಖಲಿಸಿ ಕ್ರಮಕೈಗೊಳ್ಳಲಾಗಿದೆ.

ರಾತ್ರಿ ವೇಳೆ ಕಳ್ಳತನ ಮಾಡುತ್ತಿದ್ದ ಆರೋಪಿಯನ್ನು ಕೆಂಗೇರಿ ಠಾಣೆ ಪೊಲೀಸರು ಬಂಧಿಸಿದ್ದಾರೆ.

ಬಂಧಿತ ಆರೋಪಿ ರಾಜಾನುಕುಂಟೆ ನಿವಾಸಿ. ಆರೋಪಿಯಿಂದ 11 ಲಕ್ಷ ರೂ. ಬೆಲೆಯ 221 ಗ್ರಾಂ ತೂಕದ ಚಿನ್ನದ ಆಭರಣ ವಶಪಡಿಸಿಕೊಳ್ಳುವಲ್ಲಿ ಯಶಸ್ವಿಯಾಗಿದ್ದಾರೆ. ಕಳೆದ ಮೂರು ತಿಂಗಳ ಹಿಂದೆ ಈತ ಜೈಲಿಗೆ ಹೋಗಿ ಇತ್ತೀಚೆಗೆ ಜೈಲಿನಿಂದ ಹೊರಬಂದು ತನ್ನ ಹಳೆ ಚಾಳಿ ಮುಂದುವರೆಸಿದ್ದನು. ಎಂದು ತಿಳಿದುಬಂದಿದೆ. ಆರೋಪಿಯು ಸಿಸಿ ಟಿವಿ ಅಳವಡಿಸದ ಕಡೆಗಳಲ್ಲಿ ಮನೆಗಳ್ಳತನ ಮಾಡುತ್ತಿದ್ದನು. ಹಗಲಿನ ವೇಳೆಯಲ್ಲಿ ಬೀಗ ಹಾಕಿರುವ ಮನೆಗಳನ್ನು ನೋಡಿಕೊಂಡು ಕತ್ತಲಾಗುತ್ತಿದ್ದಂತೆ ಕಳ್ಳತನ ಮಾಡುತ್ತಿದ್ದನು. ಇದೇ ರೀತಿ ಆ.12ರಂದು ಮನೆಗಳತನ ನಡೆದು 60 ಗ್ರಾಂ ಚಿನ್ನದ ಒಡವೆ ಕಳ್ಳತನವಾಗಿದ್ದ ಬಗ್ಗೆ ಕೆಂಗೇರಿ ಪೊಲೀಸ್ ಠಾಣೆಯಲ್ಲಿ ದೂರು ದಾಖಲಾಗಿತ್ತು. ತನಿಖೆ ಕೈಗೊಂಡ ಮೊಲೀಸರು

The Notice of the Meeting setting out the Ordinary business & Special business and the Annual Report for the financial year ended 2020-21 have been mailed to all the members of the Company at their registered e-mail addresses on September 5, 2021.

Pursuant to the provisions of Section 108 of The Companies Act, 2013 read with Rule 20 of The Companies (Management and Administration) Rules, 2014, as amended, and Regulation 44 of Securities Exchange Board of India (List may cast their votes using an electronic voting system from a place other than the venue of the meeting ('remote e-voting'). The Company has engaged the services of Central Depository Services Limited (CDSL) as the agency to provide e-voting facility.

The communication relating to remote e-voting inter alia., containing User ID and Password along with a copy of the Notice convening the meeting has been mailed to the members. A copy of the AGM notice along with the e-voting instructions can also be accessed and downloaded from our website www.prestigeconstructions.com and also on the website of CDSL https://www.evotingindia.com.

The e-voting period commences on Friday, September 24, 2021 at 9.00 A.M. and ends on Sunday, September 26, 2021 at 5.00 P.M. During this period, shareholders' of the Company, holding shares either in physical form or in dematerialized form, as on the cut-off date (record date) of September 20, 2021 may cast their vote electronically. The e-voting module shall be disabled by CDSL for voting thereafter.

The Board of Directors has appointed Mr. Nagendra D. Rao, Practicing Company Secretary, as the Scrutinizer for conducting the e-voting process in accordance with law and in a fair and transparent manner. The Results along with the Scrutinizer's report shall be placed on the website of the Company and on the website of CDSL within 48 hours of passing of the Resolutions at the Annual General Meeting of the Company.
