The details as required under Regulation 30 of the SEBI Listing Regulations read with SEBI Circular No. SEBI/HO/CFD/PoD2/CIR/P/2023/120 dated 11th July, 2023 and SEBI/HO/CFD/CFDPoD1/P/CIR/2023/123 dated 13th July, 2023 are enclosed in Annexure I.

indemnity or surety on listed Company. This guarantee has been provided on behalf of the joint
entity. venture. At this point, there is no impact of this guarantee on the
Company.
