In terms of Regulation 30 of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, we would like to inform you that the Company has entered into Deed of adherence with Prestige Retail Ventures Limited for transferring entire equity stake of 50% held by the Company in Thomsun Realtors Private Limited.
Prestige Retail Ventures Limited is wholly owned subsidiary of the Company and is the apex entity for the Retail vertical of the group.
With this transaction, the Company will continue to hold 50% stake in Thomsun Realtors Private Limited, through its wholly owned subsidiary.
We enclose herewith the details as required under Regulation 30 of the SEBI Listing Regulations read with SEBI Circular No. SEBI/HO/CFD/PoD2/CIR/P/2023/120 dated 11th July, 2023 and SEBI/HO/CFD/CFD-PoD1/P/CIR/2023/123 dated 13th July, 2023 is enclosed as Annexure.

The transfer of securities by the company aims to streamline and consolidate ownership into a unified holding, driven bystrategic business considerations. |
