Sub: Clarification/ confirmation on news item appearing in "Live Mint". Ref: Your email dated November 1, 2018

Prestige Exora Business Parks Limited ("Exora"), a wholly owned subsidiary of the Company had previously entered into a non-binding term sheet with Reco Jade Ind Private Limited, a subsidiary of GIC (Realty) Pte Limited ("GIC") in relation to a minority investment in Exora (as intimated to stock exchanges on February 26, 2018).

While the Company and Exora had been engaged in discussions with GIC in this regard, the parties mutually agreed to not proceed with such transaction at this time, and the term sheet has expired at the end of its contractual period.
