Publication of Annual Report and Notice of AGM
Pressure Technologies (AIM: PRES) is pleased to announce that the Annual Report for the year ended 2 October 2021 and the accompanying notice of annual general meeting (the "AGM") are now available to download from the Group's website under 'Investors; Reports, Documents and Presentations' and will shortly be posted to shareholders who have elected to have a hard copy.
The Group's AGM will take place on Thursday 31 March 2022 at 10:00am at Sopwell House, Cottonmill Lane, St Albans, Hertfordshire AL1 2HQ. Given the evolving circumstances surrounding the Covid-19 pandemic, and in order to protect the health and safety of everyone, the Board recommends that you do not attend in person. If you do wish to attend in person, we ask that you register your intention to do so by email to [email protected] by 10:00am on Tuesday 29 March 2022. This will enable us to monitor the number of shareholders likely to attend and to put appropriate safety measures in place.
The AGM will be held with a quorum of Board Members only this year.
