Admission of Equity to AIM and allotment

Premier Miton Group plc (AIM: PMI) today announces that further to the announcement on 11 March 2025, the Additional Consideration Shares in relation to the acquisition of Tellworth Investments LLP have today been issued and admitted to trading on AIM. The shares have been allotted to John Warren and Paul Marriage. The Additional Consideration Shares have selling restrictions, namely that 100% must be held for at least three years from 30 January 2024, being the date of Completion.
