GROWTH SHARE PLAN AWARD

Miton Group plc ('MGR'), the AIM quoted fund management company, announces that growth shares have been allocated to the following director under the Company's Growth Share Plan approved by shareholders at the General Meeting on 15 November 2013 and on 14 January 2014 were issued by Miton Group Service Company Limited:

Gervais Williams: 120 Class B growth shares

These growth shares will vest in respect of 40 shares in September 2016, 40 shares in September 2017 and 40 shares in September 2018.
