PDMR/Director Dealing

Premier Miton Group plc (AIM: PMI) announces that on 27 April 2023 the trustee of the Company's Share Incentive Plan operating through Global Shares Trustees (UK) Limited, a UK registered company, acquired 36,456 ordinary shares of 0.02 pence each ('Ordinary Shares') at a cost of 88 pence per Ordinary Share for the Company's Share Incentive Plan ('Plan'). The purchases were made in the open market.

The Ordinary Shares detailed above have been used to satisfy the following transactions:

-    Award of 18,228 Ordinary Shares as 'partnership shares' under the Plan;

-    Award of 18,228 Ordinary Shares as 'matching shares' under the Plan.  No consideration was paid by the grantees for the award of the matching shares and no consideration is due on the release of the matching shares.

The risk of forfeiture attached to the matching shares will normally be removed on the third anniversary of allocation subject to continued employment and the retention of the partnership shares in connection with which they were awarded.

As part of the transactions referred to above and pursuant to disclosure requirements under the UK Market Abuse Regulation, certain PDMRs acquired Ordinary Shares as follows:
