DIRECTOR DEALING

Miton Group plc ('MGR'), the AIM quoted fund management company, has been advised that the following director has today completed the purchase of shares in the Company as follows:

·     Ian Dighé has acquired 80,000 Ordinary Shares in the Company at an average price of 21.88p each.

Following this transaction Mr. Dighé holds 989,091 Ordinary Shares in the Company representing approximately 0.58 per cent. of the total voting rights of the Company.
