AIM Rule 17 Schedule Two (g) Update

Miton Group plc (the "Company") announces the following information relating to director disclosure under Schedule Two, Paragraph (g) of the AIM Rules for Companies.

On 21st September 2017 the Company announced Jim Pettigrew was appointed as Non-Executive Director and Chairman. In addition to the information in that announcement, Mr Pettigrew's directorships included: BlueBay Asset Management (Services) Ltd; Clydesdale Bank plc; Rathbone Investment Management Limited; Lydekker Mews Residents Association Limited. Mr Pettigrew also formerly held the following directorships in the previous five years: CYB Investments Limited; CCAB Limited and was an LLP member of Rivercrest Capital LLP.

On 11th September 2015 the Company announced Piers Harrison was appointed the Board. In addition to the information in that announcement, Mr Harrison's directorships at that time included the following Group subsidiaries: Darwin Investment Managers Limited; Miton Trust Managers Limited; Psigma Asset Management Limited; Miton Group Service Company Limited and Miton Asset Management Limited. Mr Harrison also formerly held the following directorship in the previous five years: Miton Capital Partners Limited (now named Seneca Investment Managers Limited).
