Director Changes

Miton Group plc ("Company"), the AIM quoted fund management group, announces that Nicholas Hamilton has today stepped down as a Non Executive Director of Miton Group plc.

As set out in the 2013 Annual Report, Mr Hamilton intended to resign as a Director after completing three terms as a Director and following the successful transfers of the Chairmanship of the Audit Committee after the 2014 AGM to Alan Walton and his role as Senior Independent Director to Jim Davies.    

The Board wish to place on record their deep appreciation for the role Nick played in dealing with the historic issues that arose during a period of considerable change for the Company.

Ian Dighé, Chairman said,

"Nick's contribution has been significant through his leadership of the Audit Committee and his commitment to good corporate governance throughout the Group. Nick leaves the Board with our gratitude and we wish him well in all his future endeavours."
