(Premier Limited is under Corporate Insolvency Resolution Process as per the provisions of the Insolvency and Bankruptcy Code, 2016 w.e.f. January 29, 2021. Vide the same order the Hon’ble NCLT has appointed Kanak Jani as the Interim Resolution Professional (IRP) of the Corporate Debtor. Further the Committee of Creditors (“CoC”) in its first meeting dated 04.03.2021 confirmed the appointment of IRP as the Resolution Professional (“RP”) of the Corporate Debtor. )
