Notification of transactions by persons discharging managerial responsibilities ("PDMRs") and persons closely associated ("PCAs").

In common with all eligible employees, PDMRs were invited to participate in the Premier Foods plc Sharesave Plan 2025 (the "Plan"). The following options over ordinary shares of 10p each in the Company ("Shares"), were granted by the Company on 15 December 2025, at an option price of 140.2p per Share. As with all other eligible employees, when the Plan matures in February 2029, PDMRs will have the option to purchase the Shares from their accumulated monthly savings amounts, under the Plan.
