Annual Report and Accounts and Notice of AGM

Following the release on 19 May 2015 of Premier Food's Preliminary results for the financial period ended 4 April 2015, the Company has today posted its Annual Report and Accounts for the financial period ended 4 April 2015 to shareholders.

The Company's 2015 AGM will be held at 11.00 am on Thursday 23 July 2015 at the offices of Wragge Lawrence Graham & Co LLP, 4 More London Riverside, London, SE1 2AU.

Copies of the Annual Report and Accounts for the financial period ended 4 April 2015 and Notice of AGM are available to view or download from the Company's website, www.premierfoods.co.uk, and have been submitted to the UK Listing Authority's National Storage Mechanism and will shortly be available for inspection at www.morningstar.co.uk/uk/NSM
