Notification of transactions by persons discharging managerial responsibilities (PDMRs) and persons closely associated

In common with all eligible employees, PDMRs were invited to participate in the Premier Foods plc Sharesave Plan 2018. The following options over ordinary shares of 10p each in the Company ("Shares") were granted by the Company on 17 December 2018 at an option price of 30.0p:
