The Company announces that on 2 April 2015, awards over ordinary shares of 10 pence each in Premier Foods plc were made to the following PDMRs under the Premier Foods Restricted Stock Plan ("RSP").

The awards will normally vest on 30 September 2016 provided that the individual remains an employee or officer of the group.

This announcement is in accordance with DTR 3.1.4R and relates to transactions notified to the Company in accordance with DTR 3.1.2R.
