Share Interests of directors and Persons Discharging Managerial Responsibilities (PDMRs)

The following notifications are made in accordance with DR 3.1.4R(1)(a).

Following the completion of the Capital Refinancing Plan which was announced on 14 April 2014 the Remuneration Committee of the Company, or scheme trustee where relevant, have approved the following adjustments to various share plans of the Company.  Adjustments to the number of shares under award and where relevant, to option prices, have been made to take into account the impact of the 8 for 5 Rights Issue using the theoretical ex-rights method.
