Acquisition of remaining shares in Knighton Foods Limited

Further to previous announcements, Premier Foods announces that it has today acquired, for a nominal sum, the 51% stake in Knighton Foods Limited that it did not previously own.  As a result, Knighton Foods Limited is now a 100% owned subsidiary of the Company.
