PREMIER FOODS COMPLETES JOINT VENTURE TRANSACTION IN RELATION TO ITS BREAD BUSINESS

Further to its announcement on 27 January 2014, Premier Foods is pleased to confirm that it has completed the joint venture transaction with The Gores Group in relation to Premier Foods' bread business1.  The joint venture will trade under the name of Hovis Limited.
