PREMIER FOODS COMPLETES SALE OF SWEET PICKLES AND TABLE SAUCES BUSINESS TO THE MIZKAN GROUP ("MIZKAN")

Further to the Company's announcement of 30 October 2012, Premier Foods is pleased to confirm it has completed the sale of its sweet pickles and table sauces business to Mizkan for a cash consideration of £92.5 million, subject to a post-completion inventory adjustment.
