Notification of transactions by persons discharging managerial responsibilities (PDMRs) and persons closely associated

In common with all eligible employees, executive directors and PDMRs were invited to participate in the Premier Foods plc Sharesave Plan 2016. The following options over ordinary shares of 10p each in the Company ("Shares") were granted by the Company on 20 December 2016 at an option price of 34.5p:
