Directorship Notification

The Board of Premier Foods is announcing today that David Wild will be standing down with immediate effect as a non-executive director of Premier Foods following his appointment yesterday as permanent Chief Executive Officer of Domino's Pizza Group plc.

Jennifer Laing, non-executive director at the Company, will replace David Wild as Chair of the Remuneration Committee and Ian Krieger, non-executive director and Chairman of the Audit Committee, will replace David Wild as Senior Independent Director with immediate effect.

David Beever, Chairman of Premier Foods, said "On behalf of the Board I would like to thank David Wild for his significant contribution as non-executive director, Chairman of the Remuneration Committee and Senior Independent Director during a transformational period for the Company. We wish him every success in his new role."
