Premier African Minerals Limited ("Premier" or the "Company") announces the results of the Company's Adjourned General Meeting ("GM") held on 19 November 2024.

The two special resolutions were voted on by way of a poll, and the results are set out below. Both proposed special resolutions were duly passed at the GM.
