Improvement of credit rating from the Credit Rating Agency ICAP CRIF

Athens, 09 September 2025

PREMIA PROPERTIES announces that on 09.09.2025 ICAP CRIF S.A., reassessed the credit rating of the Company in the context of the annual review and upgraded its credit rating to AA (from A assigned in the past three years), which ranks the Company in the low credit risk category, for the 4th consecutive year.

The ΑA-rating indicates very low credit risk and it is assigned to companies that are able to honor their obligations even under severe distressed conditions and therefore their credit worthiness is expected to continue to be high. Companies rated with ΑA are characterized by very strong financials, strong business growth and important market position.
