With reference to the captioned subject and in compliance with Regulation 30 read with Para A of Part A of Schedule III of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 (“SEBI Listing Regulations”), we would like to inform you that Ms. Niharika Goyal, Company Secretary & Compliance Officer (Membership No. A77350), has tendered her resignation from the post of Company Secretary & Compliance Officer of the Company, citing personal and professional reasons, with the intention of exploring a new career opportunities.

The Company has accepted her resignation, and she will be relieved from his responsibilities with effect from the Close of business hours on 10th May 2026.

The details as required under the SEBI Listing Regulations read SEBI Master Circular SEBI/HO/CFD/PoD2/CIR/P/0155 dated November 11, 2024 (“SEBI Circular”), are provided in Annexure I.

Further, the Company has received confirmation from Ms. Niharika Goyal that there are no other material reasons for her resignation other than those provided in her resignation letter, which is attached as Annexure II.
