RESULTS OF ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING
We advise that the resolutions 1 – 4 contained in the Notice of Annual General Meeting dated 18 October 2012 were passed at the annual general meeting of shareholders held on 26 November 2011. Whilst the requisite majority of votes to pass resolutions 5 – 9 were received, the directors determined to withdraw those resolutions.
