Extension of Share Purchase Plan and Amended Timetable

Predictive Discovery Limited ( PDI or the Company ) is pleased to advise that further to the Company’s previous announcement dated 22 August 2016 regarding its Share Purchase Plan ( “SPP ”) the Board has decided to extend the closing date for the SPP offer by one week. Applications will now be accepted until 3.00pm (Perth time) on Tuesday 27[th] September 2016.

The extension will ensure that all eligible shareholders have ample time to submit their applications and are able to participate. The extension of the offer period will also allow eligible shareholders more time to consider their position.

A copy of the amended timetable is attached.
