Results of Share Purchase Plan
Announcement
Predictive Discovery Limited (ASX: PDI) ( ‘PDI’ or ‘the Company’ ) is pleased to announce that the Share Purchase Plan (‘SPP”) closed on 27 September 2016 with applications received for 61,500,000 shares. At an issue price of $0.01 per share, the SPP will raise $615,000.
Predictive Discovery Limited is a gold exploration company with strong technical capabilities focused on its advanced gold exploration projects in West Africa.
In addition, under the terms of the SPP, the Board has elected to place the shortfall. Accordingly, commitments have been received for an additional 18,500,000 shares and these shares will be issued to sophisticated investors, resulting in $185,000 being raised, bringing the total funds raised under the SPP to the target of $800,000.
The Company has decided to place an additional 3,000,000 shares to sophisticated investors resulting in an additional $30,000 being raised. PDI will issue these shares from its 15% placement capacity.

Share Price: 1.5 cents
The funds raised under the SPP will be used for exploration and general working capital purposes. This will assist PDI in funding its gold exploration activities in West Africa including:
Market Capitalisation: $20.6M
- The Company’s 35% share of exploration costs in the Toro Gold Joint Venture once Toro Gold Limited achieves its 65% equity by spending US$2.5 million. This will include funding of the exciting Boundiali project in northern Cote D’Ivoire.

- If a joint venture with a third party is not concluded on satisfactory terms, ongoing exploration and evaluation of the Company’s Bonsiega Project in Burkina Faso, including the Bongou gold deposit, aimed at advancing the project towards a feasibility study.
