CHANGE OF COMPANY SECRETARY

Predictive Discovery Ltd (ASX: PDI) welcomes the appointment of Ian Hobson as Company Secretary following the resignation of Joint Company Secretaries Ric Moore and Bruce Waddell.

The Company thanks Ric and Bruce for their excellent service over recent years.

Predictive is currently undergoing significant change resulting from the Kaninko gold discovery in Guinea, increased market recognition and the recently announced $9 million capital raising. The Company has therefore decided to divide the Company Secretary and CFO roles with Bruce Waddell continuing in an expanded CFO role.

Ian Hobson is a Chartered Accountant and Chartered Secretary with extensive experience as Company Secretary of ASX listed companies. Ian has specialised in acting as Company Secretary for a number of ASX listed companies for 15 years (including African exploration companies) and brings a wealth of governance knowledge and capability to PDI. Ian’s background as a Chartered Accountant will also strengthen PDI’s financial team.
