PREDICTIVE WELCOMES NEW NON-EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR

The Board of Predictive Discovery Limited (“ Predictive ” or “ the Company ”) is pleased to announce the appointment of Mr Steven Michael as a Director of the Company, effective 18 December 2019. Mr Michael will strengthen Predictive’s links to the investment community and provide an insightful perspective on the Company’s mineral exploration activities across West Africa.

Mr Michael has over 25 years’ experience in the global resources sector specialising in corporate finance and equity capital markets. He has previously worked in the natural resources’ divisions of Macquarie Bank, Rothschild and Royal Bank of Canada. He is an Executive Director of ASX-listed Arrow Minerals Limited, having been the Managing Director for eight years. During this period, Arrow explored for gold, nickel, lithium and manganese in Australia, Burkina Faso and South Africa. Mr Michael is a Member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants in Australia and is a member of the Australian Institute of Company Directors.

With this new appointment, the Board also announces the resignation of Mr David Kelly as a Director of the Company. Mr Kelly is acting Chief Operating Officer of Resolute Mining Limited, Predictive’s most significant joint venture partner in West Africa. Recognition of the potential conflict of interest between these two roles by both the Company and Mr Kelly has resulted in his decision to resign from Predictive’s Board. Mr Kelly has made very strong contributions to the Company since his appointment in January 2016 and we thank him for his service.
