Introduction Appointment of Non-Executive Director Announcement

The Board of Predictive Discovery Limited is pleased to announce the appointment of Mr David Kelly to the Board of the Company, effective from 22[nd] January 2016.

Predictive Discovery Limited is a gold exploration company with strong technical capabilities focused on its advanced gold exploration projects in West Africa.

Mr Kelly is a geologist (B.Sc. (Hons.) - Major in Geology) and is currently a director of Optimum Capital Pty Ltd. Mr Kelly is a highly experienced executive and director with almost 30 years involvement in the resources sector. Mr Kelly brings a wealth of experience to the Company in the areas of geology and also in the areas of strategic analysis, project evaluation and corporate advice.
