Company Secretary Resignation/Appointment Change of Registered Office Address

Predictive Discovery Limited advises that Mr Ian Hobson has resigned as Company Secretary of the Company with effect from today's date.

Ian has been Company Secretary of the Company since September 2010 and in that role has closely assisted the Board in the administration of the Company's affairs.

Commenting on Mr Hobson's departure, Chairman Mr Phillip Jackson stated: "The Company wishes Ian the very best in the future, and sincerely thanks him for his invaluable contribution during his tenure as Company Secretary".

Mr Hobson has been replaced by Mr Eric Moore. Mr Moore has held senior managerial positions in a number of resource companies during the past 30 years, and is currently Company Secretary to Aurora Minerals Limited and Peninsula Mines Limited.

Also effective today, the registered office of the Company has changed to:

Suite 2, Level 2 20 Kings Park Road WEST PERTH WA 6005

The Company's administrative office will continue to operate from Level 2, 33 Ord Street, West Perth.
