Withdrawal of Resolutions from AGM

The directors of the Company have withdrawn certain of the resolutions from the AGM to be held on Tuesday 25 November 2014 due to a change in circumstances following the recent capital raising.

Mr Phil Harman has decided to not seek re-election and will retire as a director at the AGM. The directors of PDI wish to thank Mr Harman for his stewardship and hard work for the past 4 years.

The withdrawn resolutions are:

Resolution 2 – Re-election of a director - Phil Harman

Resolution 3 – Approval of issue of Hartleys Options

Resolution 5 – Approval of Additional 10% Capacity to issue Securities
