Director Resignations

Predictive Discovery Limited (PDI:ASX) announces that two of the Company’s five Directors, Dr Bobby Danchin and Dr Tom Whiting, have resigned from its Board of Directors.

Predictive Discovery Limited is a gold exploration company with an advanced exploration project in Burkina Faso, West Africa and strong technical capabilities.

PDI is focused on reducing its costs wherever possible so that it can maximise expenditure on exploration of our Eastern Burkina Faso Project. Both Dr Whiting and Dr Danchin resigned voluntarily to assist in this process. The Company has made other cost saving measures since April last year when market conditions in the junior sector began to deteriorate. These have included:

• Non-Executive Directors foregoing their fees for six months,

Issued Capital: 234M shares Share Price: 3 cents

• Reduction in the Managing Director’s salary package,

• Personnel retrenchments and termination of retainer arrangements in Australia and Burkina Faso,

Market Capitalisation: $7M Cash (at 31 March 2013): $2.2M

• Sub-letting of office space,

• Re-negotiation of option payment schedules in Burkina Faso.

PDI is continuing to manage costs wherever possible while maintaining a fully functioning technical team including four experienced geologists in Burkina Faso.

The Company retains a healthy cash balance and is continuing to carry out active exploration programs on its Burkina Faso properties.

Dr Danchin and Dr Whiting have been members of PDI’s Board of Directors since inception. They were important in setting the Company’s strategic direction that has led to PDI’s exploration successes in Burkina Faso. We thank them for all of their contributions and wish them both well in their ongoing endeavours.

The Company is focused principally on exploration for gold in West Africa with one additional gold project in Australia.
