CHANGE IN AUDITOR
In accordance with ASX Listing Rule 3.16.3, Predictive Discovery Limited (ASX: PDI ) (the Company or Predictive ) advises that the Company has received approval from the Australian Securities and Investments Commission (ASIC) to change its auditors. Accordingly, the Company has now accepted the resignation of Moore Stephens Audit (Vic); the consent of PKF Perth to its appointment as Predictive’s auditors; and appointed PKF Perth as its auditors.
The Board’s decision to change auditors was made following a consultative process and PKF Perth was selected on the basis of its reputation and experience.
In accordance with section 327C of the Corporations Act 2001 , a resolution will be placed at the 2019 Annual General Meeting to ratify the appointment of PKF Perth as the Company’s auditor.
The Board of Directors would like to take this opportunity to thank Moore Stephens for their past assistance and professional services to the Company.
