Predictive Discovery Limited (“ Predictive ” or “ Company ”) ( ASX:PDI ) advises that the Annual General Meeting of the Company is scheduled to be held on or about 22nd November 2022.
An item of business at the Annual General Meeting will be the election of directors. In accordance with ASX Listing Rule 3.13.1, the closing date for receipt of nominations from persons wishing to be considered for election as a director is 14th September 2022.
Any nominations must be received at the Company’s registered office (Suite 8, 110 Hay Street, Subiaco WA 6008) or by email to the Company Secretary: [email protected] no later than 5.00 pm (WST time) on 14th September 2022.
