DOUBLE DEUCE EXPLORATION CORP. ANNOUNCES ARANGEMENT OF PRIVATE PLACEMENT

October 15, 2024 – Double Deuce Exploration Corp. (CSE-DD) (the “Company” or “Double Deuce”) is pleased to announce that that it has arranged, subject to receipt of regulatory approval, a non-brokered private placement (the “Private Placement”) to raise total gross proceeds of up to $300,000 (the “Private Placement”). The Private Placement will consist of the sale of up to 3,333,333 units of the Company (the “Units”) at a price of $0.09 per Unit, with each Unit consisting of one common share of the Company and one common share purchase warrant (a “Warrant”). Each Warrant will entitle the holder to purchase one additional common share of the Company for a period of twenty-four (24) months at an exercise price of $0.12 per share for the first twelve months and thereafter at a price of $0.15 per share.

The proceeds from the Private Placement will be used for working capital purposes. The securities issued will be subject to a four-month hold period.
