Sub: Voluntary salary cuts taken by senior management from April, 2020 to September, 2020Intimation under Regulation 30 of the (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015.

The member of the senior management of the Company i.e. Mr. Milan M Mehta, Managing Director and Mr. Deepak M Mehta, Whole Time Director of the Company have taken a voluntary pay cut of 50% in current prevailing contractual basic Salary (excluding perquisites, Commission, PF) for the period 01[st] April, 2020 to 30[th] September, 2020 due to impact of COVID-19 lockdown. This is subject to necessary approvals, if any required.
