In light of the continued ill-health that I have been facing over a period of time now, I would like to tender my resignation as a Non Executive Independent Director from the Board of Precision Wires India Ltd with effect from 26[th] June 2020.
I hereby confirm that there are no other material reasons other than those provided above for my resignation.
It has been a great pleasure to have been part of Precision Wires for 29 years, since September 1992, and I commend the commitment, zeal, passion and leadership shown by you to take Precision Wires to its current position.
