Sub.: Intimation regarding closure of Trading Window

Pursuant to the requirements of SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, as amended from time to time and the Code of Conduct to Regulate, Monitor and Report Trading by Designated Persons of the Company, we wish to inform that the Trading Window for dealing in shares of the Company shall remain closed for all Designated Persons of the Company and their immediate relatives with effect from Thursday, January 1, 2026 till completion of 48 hours after the announcement to the Stock Exchange of the unaudited financial results of the Company for the quarter and nine months ending on December 31, 2025.

The date of Board Meeting for declaration of the financial results of the Company for the aforesaid period will be intimated in due course.
