The Nomination Committee for Precise Biometrics proposes Victor Kuzmin for the Board of Directors

The Nomination Committee of Precise Biometrics proposes the appointment of Victor Kuzmin as a member of the Board of Directors.

Victor Kuzmin is currently Vice President, Corporate Development (M&A) at Mastercard in London, where he was deeply involved in several of Mastercard's recent acquisitions in Services, including the acquisition of Recorded Future. Prior to Mastercard, he spent close to a decade in strategic consulting at Roland Berger, advising Private Equity clients on the strategic side of transactions. He has extensive experience in payments, digital services, and cybersecurity, along with solid expertise in M&A. Victor holds a double MSc in Electrical Engineering and Entrepreneurship from Chalmers University of Technology, and an MBA from INSEAD.
