The Nomination Committee of Precise Biometrics' proposal regarding election of Board members, Chairman of the Board and Auditor

The Nomination Committee of Precise Biometrics AB makes the following proposal regarding election of members of the Board, Chairman of the Board and auditor.

The number of board members shall be six, with no deputy members. The Nomination Committee proposes re-election of all board members: Torbjörn Clementz, Anders Harrysson, Matts Lilja, Mats Lindoff and Eva Maria Matell, and that Torgny Hellström is appointed Chairman of the board, as last year.

The nomination committee proposes that EY, with Johan Thuresson as auditor in charge, is appointed auditor for the period to the annual general meeting 2016.

All proposals made by the nomination committee will be presented in the invitation to the annual general meeting and an explanation to its proposal will be made available on the company's website. Precise Biometrics' annual general meeting will be held at the company´s office at Scheelevägen 30 in Lund at 4pm on April 27, 2015.
