Change in Precise Biometrics Nomination Committee

Uno Jonsson, representing HJ Byggkonsulter AB, joins Precise Biometrics' Nomination Committee.

Following principles decided at the Annual General Meeting, members of the Nomination Committee shall leave the Nomination Committee if they are no longer one of the accepting three major shareholders. Since Skagen Fonder as part of its ongoing management has sold its holdings in Precise Biometrics and their representative Ole Soeberg leaves the Nomination Committee, a request to join has been made to HJ Byggkonsulter, which has been accepted.
