The Nomination Committee proposes Anders Harrysson as a new member of the board.

Anders Harrysson, born in 1959, has a Master of Science in Physics and is situated in the Stockholm region. Anders Harrysson has extensive international experience among others from USA and from senior positions within IBM and Sun Microsystems. His most recent assignment was as CEO at Birdstep Technology ASA. Anders Harrysson is member of the board at Net Insight AB and OP5 AB.

Precise Biometrics' Annual General Meeting is held on April 23 and shareholders who wish to participate needs to report this on April 17 at latest. More information is to be found on the website.
