Precise Biometrics appoints new CEO

The Board of Precise Biometrics has found it necessary to hire a new CEO in order to increase growth and to position the company even better in the fast growing mobile market.

Thomas Marschall, who has been CEO for Precise Biometrics since 2006, is leaving the company. His successor, Håkan Persson, who has extensive sales and leadership experience within related industries will immediately bring deeper sales experience and competencies to the company in an interim period while the Board is searching for a permanent CEO for Precise Biometrics in collaboration with a well esteemed executive search company.

"The strategy is clear and so are our growth targets. Through many years Precise Biometrics has created the platform for future development. We are now ready to take the next step. With a change in top management the Board wants to be able to respond faster to opportunities in the market and thereby ensure momentum and benefit from the company's healthy financial situation to the benefit of customers, shareholders and employees", says Lisa Thorsted Chairman of the Board.
