Item 5.02 Departure of Directors or Certain Officers; Election of Directors; Appointment of Certain Officers; Compensatory Arrangements of Certain Officers.

In response to the global COVID-19 pandemic Precipio, Inc. (the "Company") reduced payroll effective immediately to all company employees in a range between 5-25%, including its named executive officers. Ilan Danieli, Chief Executive Officer, Carl Iberger Chief Financial Officer and all other senior management employees were included in the temporary measures and their salaries have been reduced by the maximum percentage aforementioned.
