Exclusive negotiation for the acquisition of Creative IT (Lyon – France)

PRECIA MOLEN specialized in the design, manufacture, sale and maintain of weighing solutions, announces that it has entered into exclusive negotiations for the acquisition of 100% of the French company Creative IT, editor and integrator of the software of Manufacturing Execution System (MES) Qubes (https://www.qubes.com/about-us/who-are-we/).

Founded in 1998 and based in Lyon (69), CREATIVE IT specializes in the development of innovative software solutions for improving industrial processes and monitoring production operations. It has about 40 employees with a turnover of 3.2 million euros in 2020.The company is profitable and benefits from a steady growth.

This transaction will enable the Precia Molen Group to position itself in the fast-growing market for the publishing and integration of MES software and to complement its offer of recurring products and services with a third data enhancement activity with its industrial customers in France and abroad.

It is planned that Precia's Executive Board Supervisory Board will proceed with the signing of the annual accounts on Thursday, April 8, 2021 and further communication on the acquisition of Creative IT will then be done with the communication on annual results.
