Closing of the acquisition of Creative IT (Lyon – France)

Precia Molen and the shareholders of Creative IT have finalized their negotiations announced at the end of March 2021. Creative IT will be integrated within the Precia Molen group as at 6 th May 2021.

As a reminder, CREATIVE IT specializes in the development of innovative software solutions for improving industrial processes and monitoring production operations. It has about 40 employees with a turnover of 3.2 million euros in 2020.The company is profitable and benefits from a steady growth.

Precia Molen, Creative IT and their employees are delighted to be now able to develop their collaboration in the implementation of solutions for the digitalization of their industrial customers.

In addition, the Precia Molen Group announces that consolidated sales for the first quarter of 2021 will be published on Tuesday 11th May after the closing of the stock exchange.
