Pursuant to Regulation 30 of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, we hereby inform you that Mr. Vinod Pandurang Jadhav, Chief Financial Officer (CFO) of the Company has tendered his resignation vide letter dated 16th May, 2026. Accordingly, he will be relieved from his duties effective from 18th May, 2026.

The details required pursuant to Para a of Part a of Schedule III of Regulation 30 of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 read with SEBI Circular No. SEBI/HO/CFD/CFD-PoD-1/P/CIR/2023/123 dated 13th July 2023, is enclosed herewith as Annexure-I.

Further, a copy of the resignation letter submitted by Mr. Vinod Pandurang Jadhav is enclosed as Annexure-II.
