Notice is hereby given that the Thirty-fifth (35[th] ) Annual General Meeting of the members of Praj Industries Limited will be held on Wednesday, the 11[th] August, 2021 through video conferencing (VC) at 10.00 a.m.
Notice, pursuant to Section 91 of the Companies Act, 2013 read with Rule 10 of the Companies (Management and Administration) Rules 2014 and Clause 16 of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, is further given that the Register of Members and Share Transfer Books of the Company will remain closed from Thursday, the 5[th] August, 2021 to Wednesday, the 11[th] August, 2021 (both days inclusive) to determine entitlement of the shareholders for the purpose of payment of dividend, if approved, and for the 35[th] Annual General Meeting.
